For the unified placement registration process, a fee of $548 must be paid for the entire academic year, as well as additional miscellaneous fees for the first semester of school. The application fee for candidates is waived in full.

Those who are successfully selected will receive individual telephone notifications and letters informing them of the further admission procedures; the remaining candidates will be added to a waiting list. Should any vacancies arise before the start of the semester, students will be admitted based on their interview results.

Important Notes for the Registration of Primary One Unified Allocation in the 2026/27 Academic Year: (1) The Education Bureau will send out the results of the unified allocation from Wednesday, June 3, 2026, to Thursday, June 4, 2026. (2) Registration period: Tuesday, June 9, 2026, to Wednesday, June 10, 2026. (3) Registration hours: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. (4) Registration location: St. John’s De Tian Lee Chiu Kwan Primary School (Meeting Room, Ground Floor). (6) Note: Parents must have their body temperature measured when arriving at the school. It is not necessary for parents to bring their children to the school. If parents are unable to attend in person, they may authorize someone else to complete the registration procedures on their behalf. Those who fail to register within the specified time will be deemed to have waived their allocated school place.
