• Application form for primary school enrollment. In the section “Category C: Name of the Primary School Applied for”, it is necessary to fill in “St. John Tseng Chau Tin Primary School”.
• Original ID card of the parent/guardian.
• The original and duplicate copies of the birth certificate for the schoolchild.
• The original and duplicate copies of the address verification documents (such as water/electricity/gas/residential fixed-line telephone bills, public housing rental cards, lease agreements stamped with official seals, etc.) must bear the name of the parent/guardian on them.
• For Items [A] and [B] under Section C of the application form, the following documents must be submitted: 5.1 If there is an older sibling enrolled in this school, the original and copy of the older sibling’s “Student Handbook” for the current academic year (page 1) as well as their birth certificate must be attached. 5.2 If the parent or older sibling is a graduate of this school, their graduation certificate and the birth certificate of the older sibling must be submitted, both in original and copy form. 5.3 “Same religious belief” refers to various denominations within Christianity and Catholicism. The applicant must have been baptized or be a registered member of the respective church; corresponding proof documents in original and copy form must be provided.
