- Result announcement date: Monday, November 24, 2025; Method of result announcement: A list containing only the applicant numbers will be posted at the school entrance and uploaded to the school website starting at 9:00 a.m. on the announcement date. Please keep your applicant number handy for checking your results.
- Priority categories
- If a sibling is currently studying at this school; if the father/mother/sibling is a graduate of this school; or if there are religious beliefs involved.
Required documents
- The application form, which has been completed and signed by the parent or guardian of the applicant (the child who intends to enroll in our school), in triplicate.
- Original and duplicate copies of the applicant’s Hong Kong birth certificate (if the applicant was not born in Hong Kong, please provide the original and duplicate copies of the applicant’s birth certificate from another place, as well as the identity documents proving that the applicant has been granted permission to reside and study in Hong Kong).
- Original and duplicate copies of the ID card or identification documents of the applicant’s parent or guardian (if the parent or guardian is unable to submit the application in person, the person presenting the documents must provide a power of attorney issued by the applicant’s parent, as well as duplicate copies of the parent or guardian’s identification documents).
- Original and duplicate copies of the documents proving the residential address provided (the name on the documents must match the name of the applicant’s parent or guardian). Acceptable documents include utility bill statements for water, electricity, gas, or fixed-line home telephone service for the past 3 months; food delivery receipts; public housing rental cards; or rental contracts that have been stamped with official seals.
- If you choose Option (C, Item [A]) to declare that your elder brother or sister is enrolled in this school, you must submit the following documents: a. The original and duplicate copies of your elder brother/sister’s birth certificate; b. A duplicate of the “Student Record Sheet” (pages 2–3) from your elder brother/sister’s student handbook (which must be signed by the parent).
- If you choose Option (Part C [Item 4]) and declare that your father/mother/elder brother/elder sister is a graduate of this school, you must present the following documents: a. The original and duplicate copies of your father/mother’s graduation certificate; or b. The original and duplicate copies of your elder brother/elder sister’s graduation certificate, as well as their original and duplicate birth certificates.
- If you choose to declare your religious affiliation under Option (Part C [Item 6]), the following documents must be presented: a. The original and duplicate copies of the baptism certificate of your father/mother; and b. The original and duplicate copies of the applicant’s baptism certificate.

Application forms will be distributed from September 1st to 26th. Parents can obtain them from kindergartens, the Civil Affairs Department, or the Education Bureau. Those who wish to apply for their children to enroll in our school can submit the application through the “Primary One Admission Electronic Platform” or directly hand in the completed application forms at our school. **Deadline for submitting forms:** - Electronic platform: September 18th to 26th, 2025, until 11:59 p.m. - Paper forms: September 22nd to 26th, 2025. **Office hours for submitting paper forms:** 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Parents are requested not to submit duplicate applications for their children either through the “Primary One Admission Electronic Platform” or in paper form.
