This form is the “Application Form for Late Admission to Grade 1 (Candidate)”, and it is used to apply for late admission to the first grade of this academic year. The application form must be submitted to our school during office hours on or before June 10, 2026. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. Statement regarding the collection of personal information: The personal information provided on this application form will be used for the purpose of applying for late admission to Grade 1 for this academic year. All application forms, copies of supporting documents, and other personal information will be destroyed after the admission process is completed. Our school is a Christian institution, and all students enrolled in our school are required to participate in all school courses and religious activities.
