In accordance with the guidelines of the Education Bureau, our school will notify the parents of the students who have been successfully admitted on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, via telephone and in writing, to inform them that their children have been included in the school’s list of students for self-allocated places. This is not the official result of the placement process; therefore, parents do not need to respond to this notification from our school. The notification does not include information regarding students who have been placed on the waitlist or those who have not been admitted. Applicants who have not received any telephone or written notification mean that they have not been included in the list of successfully admitted students, and parents do not need to call our school to inquire. All students who participated in the placement process will be notified of the results of their secondary school place allocation on July 6, 2021, including both the results of the self-allocated places and those of the unified placement process.

The assessment criteria for these interviews include: appearance and behavior, emotional intelligence, communication skills, language proficiency, creativity, and leadership abilities.

The application form for self-assignment of school places for Grade 7 in the 2026-27 academic year is available for download on the website. The registration dates for Grade 7 in the 2026-27 academic year are Thursday, July 9, and Friday, July 10, 2026, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The following documents are required for registration: 1. The placement certificate issued by the Education Bureau and the admission registration form; 2. A Hong Kong Identity Card/birth certificate (both original and copy); 3. The academic report card for the entire year of Grade 6 (both original and copy); 4. Two recent photos; 5. Cash to purchase summer exercise books and school uniforms.
