Required documents

• The ID card, passport, or other identification documents of the parent/guardian. If the parent/guardian entrusts someone else to submit the completed application form on their behalf, that person must present a copy of the parent/guardian’s identification documents.
• The applicant’s Hong Kong birth certificate and its photocopies (if the last column of the birth certificate indicates that the child’s permanent resident status in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is “undetermined”, then the parent/guardian must present the original and photocopies of the applicant’s valid travel document or residence permit in Hong Kong).
• If the applicant does not possess a birth certificate issued in Hong Kong, the parent/guardian must present both the original and photocopies of the applicant’s birth certificate issued in another place, as well as the identity documents proving his/her right to reside in Hong Kong.
• If it is claimed that the sibling is enrolled in this school, the parent/guardian must present both the original and photocopies of the relevant documents (such as the applicant’s birth certificate and a photocopy of the enrollment record in the student handbook [the enrollment record must have a photo attached and be stamped]).
• If it is claimed that the father/mother or elder sibling is a graduate of this school, the parent/guardian must present both the original and photocopies of the relevant documents (such as the birth certificate of the elder sibling and the graduation certificate of the elder sibling or the parent).
• If it is stated that the applicant shares the same religious belief as our school (Christianity/Catholicism), the parent/guardian must present both the original and a photocopy of the relevant document (such as the baptism certificate).
• If it is stated that there is the same club affiliation with our school, parents/guardians must present both the original and a photocopy of the relevant membership certification documents.
• Original and photocopies of the documents proving the residential address stated (such as a leased contract with stamps, utility bills, public housing rental cards, water/electricity/gas/residential telephone bills, etc.). The name on these documents must match the name of the parent/guardian.
• Attach an return envelope with sufficient postage. One is enough.

Selection criteria

1. Of appropriate age
2. My elder brother/sister is studying at this school.
3. The father/mother or elder brother/sister is a graduate of this school.
4. Sharing the same religious belief as our school (Christianity/Catholicism)
5. Have the same organizational affiliations as our school
