Interview

Parent + child · 1 round(s) · 25 Oct 2025A parent accompanies the child during the interview. A 10-minute parent workshop is held before the interview. The interview consists of two parts: the first part is for teacher-child interaction, and the second part is for individual/family interaction. The entire interview process takes approximately one hour to complete. In the event of missing the interview day, according to the guidelines of the Education Bureau, the registration fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Due to the large number of applicants, it is unfortunately not possible to change any already scheduled interview times. Our kindergarten will arrange meetings with all children applying to join the nursery class.

How to Apply: Please log in to the online application system from September 2nd to October 7th and complete the “Admission Application Form”. At the same time, upload the child’s ID photo, birth certificate, the back page of the Maternal and Infant Health Centre card, and the bank receipt for the application fee into the online system. The uploaded files must be in JPG format and cannot exceed 10 Mb. Our school only accepts applications submitted online. Please fill in all the information and upload all the required documents to complete the entire application process. Registration Procedures: For children who have been accepted, please bring the electronic “Registration Certificate”/“Admission Permit” and the registration fee to our school to complete the registration procedures during the “Unified Registration” period designated by the Education Bureau (January 8th – 10th, 2026). Office hours: January 8th – 9th, 2026, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; and January 10th, 2026, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. If you fail to register at our school within the designated period, your child’s place in the school will be considered forfeited. Arrangements for Late Registrations: Our school will contact parents by phone or email. Parents who receive such notifications and still wish to remain on the waiting list for a place must come to our school and fill out a form indicating their intention to continue waiting. Notification of Late Registrants: - For the first phase of notifications, parents will be contacted individually by phone within one week after the unified registration period. - For the second phase of notifications, if a child who has already registered withdraws from the school, we will notify the parents of other children still on the waiting list. Application for the “Kindergarten Admission Registration Certificate”: Parents must apply for the “Kindergarten Admission Registration Certificate” for their children from September to November 2025 at the Education Bureau. If a child is eligible to receive education in Hong Kong but does not qualify for program-assisted funding and therefore cannot obtain the “Registration Certificate”, the Education Bureau will issue an “Admission Permit” for that child. The child can use this permit to register and enroll in a kindergarten participating in the program, but the parent must pay the full tuition fee before any program-assisted funding is deducted.
