Curriculum & Approach
Sharing the common mission and 5 Core Values(Truth, Justice, Love, Life and Family) of Catholic Schools to provide Whole Person Education and basing on our school motto ''In Constantia Fortitudo'' (Keep practising with perseverance), we guide our students to pursue knowledge, to cultivate their disposition, to develop their potential and to contribute to the society. Ultimately, we hope that teachers and students would appreciate the Gospel and God's mercy through teaching, learning and the campus life.
Based on children’s life experience, our school adopts various teaching strategies and approaches like environment exploration, physical manipulation, sensory games, experience sharing, question inquiry and other interactive learning. We use whole class, groups, individuals and other learning forms to facilitate development of children self-confidence, self-discipline and self-motivation. We cultivate moral values that help children face difficulties with perseverance and positive attitude.
We integrate the elements of multiple intelligences into the activity approach, the thematic approach, small group teaching and the project approach and all activities are incorporated with the learning elements of whole language and arts. Daily teaching activities are combined with games and we arrange off-campus visits according to the teaching themes.
