School follows its motto as ''love, respect, diligence, honesty'' to nurture students to be ''willing to learn, good to communicate, brave to commit and bold to innovate.'' It is the school’s missions and visions to provide holistic pre-school education, create a pleasant and safe learning environment and to promote children to reach their potential.

Our curriculum is based on the core ideology of a “Child-Center” approach, based on the child’s potential and developmental needs. Our curriculum is diversed, focusing on the mental and physical education for children. The school’s integrated play-based curriculum is comprehensive. It aims to develop children’s potential and cultivate their knowledge, skills and attitudes to learning, and allow children to be a responsible citizen and a lifelong learners. We will follow the “Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide” (2017) to plan curriculum. Children of nursery classes will not be asked to write, and there will not be mechanical copying exercises and drills on calculation.

Our school provides integrated and flexible teaching model, with fun and engaging activities to cultivate their independence. We continue to promote duel language teaching and positive education, improving their language and attitude. Through outings and visits, children are surrounded with opportunities to expand their knowledge, pared with digital technology like online learning applications, children can further develop their critical thinking and scientific mindset. Po Leung Kuk also promotes “Po Leung Kuk Kindergartens-Primary Schools Alliance”, sharing resources with primary schools in the same area, allowing children to experience a wider variety of activities to further holistic development.
