Po Leung Kuk Ho Yuk Ching (1984) College

Our students are notably well-behaved. Notwithstanding, our school still places very strong emphasis on Discipline and Counseling. We have adopted a Whole School Approach, appointing all teachers to be class teachers. 2 Class Teachers for each class. We integrate Discipline, Counseling, Voluntary Services, Civic Education, Social Studies and Moral Education into an entity. In Moral Education, messages are put across in morning assemblies, class teachers' time, seminars, small group sessions, weekly assemblies, the materials and activities devised by our teachers in Moral Education sessions. An award scheme has been introduced to encourage excellent performance in conduct, study, services and activities. Our school is granted the "Caring School" and "Hi-Five Student Engagement Emotional Engagement" awards.

Being student-oriented, our school emphasizes the development of independent thinking, creativity, interests, potentials, self-respect, self-confidence and love such that our students will achieve all round development and contribute to our society and country.
