Monthly tuition fees for the 2025–2026 academic year: For Grades P.1 to P.6, the tuition fee is $4,600, with the course consisting of ten sessions. Tuition fee reduction program: A. Overview of the tuition fee reduction program To assist students who are financially struggling, our school offers a tuition fee reduction program for those in need. If parents wish to apply for a tuition fee reduction, they must first have applied for subsidies for textbooks, transportation expenses, or internet fees from the Government Student Financial Assistance Office before they can apply for a tuition fee reduction at our school. The amount of the tuition fee reduction will be determined based on the percentage of reduction approved by the Student Financial Assistance Office. Our school retains the final decision-making authority regarding all applications. We will only process parents’ applications after receiving all required documents, and applicants must reapply each year. B. Criteria for evaluating tuition fee reductions Our school evaluates an applicant’s eligibility and the amount of the reduction based on the annual income of each family (see Table 1). The total annual income of a family includes the combined annual income of the applicant and their spouse, 30% of the annual income of any unmarried children living with the applicant’s family (if applicable), and any subsidies provided by relatives or friends (see Table 2 for details). – Family members generally refer to the applicant, the applicant’s spouse, any unmarried children living with the applicant’s family, and the applicant’s parents who are supported by the applicant and/or their spouse. – In the case of a single-parent family, the number of family members is increased by 1. – Our school will consider the urgency and necessity of each individual case. – If an applicant provides false information, our school will immediately stop the tuition fee reduction and reserve the right to recover any amounts owed. Procedures for submitting applications online: 1. Please access “Online Application for Primary 1 Admission” through this email, fill in the relevant information, and upload a scanned copy of the payment receipt to complete the online application. After submission, you will receive an email confirming the successful completion of the application, as well as a PDF file. If you do not receive any response, please contact the school’s administration office to inquire. 2. The application fee is HK$200. You may pay using the “Counter Billing Service” at any OK便利店, VanGO便利店, Watsons Supermarket, or U-Purchase store in Hong Kong. Please present the payment code provided in this notice when making the payment in cash and keep the receipt. Parents are requested to keep the original receipt carefully. 3. The school will not issue an official receipt to parents. 2.
