Required documents

• Our school’s “Application Form for Self-assignment of Grades in Grade 7”
• The “Application Form for Self-Allocation of Places in Grade 7” issued by the Education Bureau consists of three interconnected parts: the Education Bureau’s copy (blue), the school’s copy (green), and the parent’s copy (red).
• One return envelope (write the contact address and the applicant’s name on the envelope surface, and attach a postage stamp worth HK$2.2).
• ID card
• Transcripts for the first and second semesters of Grade 5, as well as the first semester of Grade 6; (if the transcript for the first semester of Grade 6 has not been issued, the applicant must submit it during the interview.)
• Documents related to participation in extracurricular activities, off-campus training, and learning programs
• A photocopy of the school’s certificate of recognition (if available)

Selection criteria

1. Academic performance, including participation in and performance in extracurricular training and learning activities
2. Outstanding conduct and performance, including participation in voluntary activities both on and off campus or in community service, as well as the quality of such participation.
3. Performance during the interview
4. Participation in and performance in extracurricular activities on campus, including outstanding results in various competitions both within and between schools.

Selection weightings

Academic performance accounts for 30%, conduct and behavior account for 30%, interview performance accounts for 30%, and participation in and performance in extracurricular activities account for 10%.
