- Students will usually start Year 1 during the year they turn five (5). For the 2026-2027 school year, the year of birth for Year 1 is 2021.

- Normally a decision will be given within two weeks of the final interview or trial day. Parents will be contacted by email, or telephone.
- Acceptance deadline
- If placement is offered, parents will be given a period of one week to confirm acceptance of the placement.
- Priority categories
- Priority admission will be granted to those children who are in one or more of the following categories: 1. Applicant is a student at a GenCE school; 2. Primary: Applicant has a sibling who is already in the primary school (or who is a graduate thereof); 3. Applicant has a sibling attending another GenCE school; 4. Applicant is a child of an alumni of a GenCE school; 5. Their family is from overseas, and seeks an international education for their children.

An applicant may also be invited to spend a day at our school to experience the class and environment.
