- If you are unable to provide an email address, please prepare an A5 return envelope labeled with “$5.6” on it (envelope dimensions: approximately 15.5 cm × 21.6 cm). Write the Chinese return address on the cover, addressing it to “[Student’s Name]’s parent”, for example: [Student’s Name] – Chen Xiaomei, Recipient: Chen Xiaomei’s parent. Also, fill in the relevant information in the lower left corner of the envelope’s front side.

- If parents do not obtain prior consent from the school and do not arrive at the school on the aforementioned dates, nor complete the registration procedures within the designated two days (November 26/27), it will be deemed that they have waived their right to apply for the relevant degree.

If it is not possible to provide an email address, please prepare an A5 return envelope stamped with a $5.4 postage stamp (approximately 15.5 cm × 21.6 cm). Write the Chinese return address on the envelope, addressing it to “Parent of [Student’s Name]”, for example: “Student’s Name – Chen Xiaomei, Parent – Chen Xiaomei’s Parent”. Also, fill in “[Student’s Name]” and the “School Identification Number” in the lower left corner of the envelope’s front side.
