- The list of selected candidates will be announced on November 24, 2025, and registration will begin on November 26, 2025, with registration processes taking place in phases.
- Acceptance deadline
- Registration is scheduled for November 26th and 27th, 2025. If you fail to complete the registration procedures at school within these two designated days, it will be considered that you have waived your application for this degree.
- Interview
- 1 round(s) · If parents submit the application form after June 12, 2026, the school will notify the applicants of the interview schedule, depending on the availability of places.Those who have submitted all required documents and meet the application requirements will be notified of the interview time via email and WhatsApp. If a candidate fails to attend the interview, it will be considered as a waiver of their application.

- If the student was not born in Hong Kong: A copy of the identification document used on the first day of arrival in Hong Kong (such as a Cross-Hong Kong/Macao Passage Permit, a One-Way Pass Permit to Hong Kong/Macao, a visa under the Exceptional Talent Entry Scheme, or a permit under the High-Level Talent Scheme, etc.).
- If the parent/guardian does not come in person to complete the registration process: a photocopy of the guardian’s ID card and a power of attorney are required.
- A recent photo of the student
- The email address of the father, mother, or guardian (or an A5 envelope stamped with $5.4 postage).
- Parents who submit the application form in paper format: Parent copy of the Application Form for Primary 1 Admission (yellow)
- The completed “Application Form for Primary 1 Diploma (Candidate) for the 2026-2027 academic year” (with a recent photo of the student attached)
- Copies of the school selection list for the “Unified Allocation” system for primary one places in the 2026-2027 academic year, as well as primary one registration certificates
- Copies of the student's identification documents
- Original and photocopies of the identification documents of the parent/guardian
- Photocopies of the report card for the senior class in kindergarten (if any)
- Copies of documents such as participation certificates for sports and arts activities or proof of achievements in these areas (if applicable)
- The email address of the father, mother, or guardian. (If this information cannot be provided, an A5 return envelope stamped with a $5.6 postage stamp must be prepared.)

Notification letters of admission will be sent by mail and email. To avoid parents having to wait at the school, registration sessions have been scheduled at different times. If parents are unable to attend at the designated time, please call the school in advance to reschedule your registration (please indicate “Primary 1 Diploma Registration”). If parents do not obtain prior approval from the school and fail to attend on the specified dates, and also fail to complete the registration process within the two designated days (November 26/27), their application for the relevant diploma will be deemed as abandoned.
