Interview
Group · 1 round(s)This kindergarten will arrange interviews with all children applying to join the toddler class, either in small groups or individually. Parents are required to accompany their children during these interviews. Key areas of observation include: how the child interacts with others during play, their enthusiasm for participating in activities, their quick thinking ability, their manners, their way of speaking, their communication skills, their vocabulary, their ability to follow instructions, and their behavior when interacting with parents and teachers. We will also assess the child’s development of gross and fine motor skills, as well as their verbal abilities. It is ideal if the child is willing to speak and actively participate. However, if a child is overly shy or cries during the interview, it may affect the evaluation results.

Applying students must be born on or before December 31, 2023. Ways to obtain the application form: Download it from this kindergarten’s website, collect it in person at the kindergarten, or request it by mail. Availability and submission period for application forms: Starting from Monday, September 8, 2025, there is no limit to the number of applications received. Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) / Saturday (9:00 am – 12:00 pm). Method of submission: Bring the application form in person or mail it to the kindergarten [make sure to attach all required documents, including identification]. Parents are required to apply for an electronic “Kindergarten Admission Registration Certificate” for their children from the Education Bureau during the period from September to November 2025. If a child is eligible to receive education in Hong Kong but does not qualify for program assistance and therefore cannot obtain the “Registration Certificate”, the Education Bureau will issue a “Kindergarten Admission Permit” for that child. The child can use this permit to register and enroll in a kindergarten participating in the program, but the parent must pay the full tuition fee before any program assistance is deducted. Non-local children must obtain permission from the Director of Immigration before they can receive education in Hong Kong; however, they will not be eligible for any program assistance. Due to limited places, not all applicants who meet the priority criteria will be admitted.
