Application procedures for transfer students (Grades 1 to 6): 1. Please call 27570490 first to check whether there are available places in the desired grade level. 2a. Application form for the 2025-2026 academic year (download here or collect in person at our school). 2b. Application form for the 2026-2027 academic year (download here or collect in person at our school). 3. Submit the application form along with the following documents: i. A copy of the student’s identification document (birth certificate or passport, etc.). ii. A copy of proof of residence (dated lease agreement, water/electricity/gas bills, etc.). iii. A photo of the student’s ID card. iv. A copy of the academic report for the most recent academic year. v. Copies of any certificates, awards, and/or other relevant documents (if applicable). 4. After reviewing the submitted documents, the school will contact you by phone to arrange an entrance test. Applications with incomplete documents will not be considered. 5. All application materials of candidates who are not admitted will be destroyed after the selection process is completed.
