Applications for the academic year 2026-27, 2027-28 and 2028-29 are now open for admission.Parents may apply for a place for their child(ren) two years in advance of the desired year of entry into Prep 1 (Year 1), but not earlier.

Debenture / nomination right

Rather than traditional debentures, Malvern College Hong Kong offers a Nomination Rights Scheme (available for both Corporate and Individual applicants) to support priority application processing.

Other fees

The proposed annual tuition fee for the academic year 2026-27 (Subject to EDB approval) : Prep 1 to 6 (Years 1–6 / PYP) – HK$208,200 (in 10 instalments); Foundation Year 1 to 3, Remove and Hundred (Years 7–11 / MYP) – HK$238,840 (in 10 instalments); Lower Sixth and Upper Sixth (Years 12–13 / DP) – HK$238,840 (in 10 instalments). Malvern College Hong Kong follows age guidelines aligned with the British education system. These guidelines are intended to help families identify the most appropriate year group for their child(ren) based on their date of birth for the relevant academic year.

Priority categories

Siblings of current pupils receive priority consideration in the admissions process.

Please create a Parent Login account before starting the application. Upload all documents in PDF format (except the applicant photo). Maximum file size: 800KB per file. Documents could be submitted in English and Chinese except the school reports(s) and educational reports(s). For educational report(s), other than in English, should be translated by a professional translator or consular service. If your child’s visa is still being processed, please advise the anticipated issue date during the application process. If a CNR or INR is obtained after application submission, please inform the Admissions Office so your application status can be updated. Personal portfolios such as artwork, photographs, essays, videos, or audio recordings will not be considered as part of the admissions assessment.
