Required documents

• Application Form for Kindergarten Entry (complete all fields and have it signed by the parent)
• Submit the original and photocopies of the Hong Kong birth certificate or relevant residence documents (such as Return Permit or One-way Entry Permit) for the applicant child.
• Original ID card of the parent/guardian
• Original and photocopies of the documents proving your residential address (valid within the past 3 months), such as a leased contract/stationary housing lease agreement, a utility bill, or a water/electricity/gas/residential fixed-line telephone bill.
• For siblings who are currently enrolled in this school: The original Hong Kong birth certificate of the sibling or relevant residence documents, along with their photocopies; a photocopy of the “Student Record” page in the sibling’s student handbook for the current academic year (must bear the school’s official seal).
• If the father/mother or elder sibling is a graduate of this school: the original and photocopy of the father/mother/elder sibling’s graduation certificate; the original and photocopy of the elder sibling’s birth certificate.
• If both parents or the applicant belong to an institution affiliated with this educational organization (only one option can be selected): Please provide the original and a photocopy of the Christian or Catholic baptism certificate of the father/mother/ applicant. The baptism certificate must include the name of the person who was baptized and the date of baptism. Alternatively, provide a work certificate showing that the father/mother works at an institution affiliated with this educational organization. (Work certificate or certification issued by the institution.)
• Submit the original and copies of the Hong Kong birth certificate or relevant residence documents (such as Return Permit or One-way Entry Permit) for the applicant child.
• For siblings who are currently enrolled in our school: Please provide the original Hong Kong birth certificate of your sibling, as well as any relevant residence documents and their photocopies; also, submit a photocopy of the “Student Record” page in your sibling’s current year’s student handbook (this must bear the official seal of our school).
• If either the applicant or the parent holds a position in an institution affiliated with this educational organization (only one option is allowed): Please provide the original and photocopies of the Christian or Catholic baptism certificate of the father/mother/child applying for enrollment; also, provide proof that the father/mother works at an institution affiliated with this educational organization.
• The completed “Application Form for Primary One Admission” and relevant documents

Selection criteria

1. Our school will handle the process in accordance with the “Scoring Criteria” established by the Degree Allocation Unit of the Education Bureau for primary one admissions.
