- An application form that has been completed and attached with a recent photograph
- Copy of the “Primary One Registration Certificate” for the allocation of primary one places by the Education Bureau in the 2026-2027 academic year
- Copy of the birth certificate
- Copies of the academic report cards and assessment reports for the upper and lower semesters of the Kindergarten Senior Class (K3) (if available)
- Copies of certificates and relevant materials regarding children’s awards outside or inside school, performances in which they represented their school, as well as participation in extracurricular interest classes or sports activities (these can be listed in a table).

Submission location: School Administration Office, 33 Wai Li Road, Kowloon. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am – 12:00 noon; closed on Sundays and public holidays. For inquiries, please contact Secretary Leung (School Administration Office) or Director Chen Kam-mun (Tel.: 2384 6904). The documents and information submitted by applicants will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of this application for the Primary One place in the 2026-2027 academic year. After the application process is completed, all relevant documents and information will be destroyed and will not be returned to the applicants.
