The form includes Student Information, Education Information, Christianity Information, Siblings Information, Family Information, Emergency Contact Information, and School Bus Service Information. Parents must confirm they have read the Admission Procedure and Agreement. Parents agree that failing to give a minimum of 1 full calendar month advance notice (excluding holidays) to withdraw a child will result in the requirement to pay the full fee for the following month. The school reserves the right to ask parents to withdraw their child if the school deems it unable to meet the child's needs or if additional provision cannot be mutually agreed.

Integrating Christian principles into the learn-through-play curriculum, we prepare paths for children to enter the world.
