Required documents

• Application Form for Kindergarten Entry
• The original and photocopy of the applicant’s Hong Kong birth certificate, or the original and photocopy of their residence permit in Hong Kong.
• Original and photocopies of the identification documents of the parent/guardian.
• Original and photocopies of the documents proving the residential address stated in the application (including stamped lease agreements, food delivery receipts, public housing lease contracts, or bills for water/electricity/gas/residential telephone services, etc.). The name on these documents must match the name of the parent/guardian; otherwise, additional documents must be provided to prove the familial relationship between the head of the household and the parent/guardian.
• The original and photocopies of the birth certificates of the applicant’s siblings, as well as photocopies of the “Student Status Record” (page 1) and the cover page of their student handbooks. (This requirement applies only to applicants who have siblings enrolled in this school.)
• The original and photocopies of the birth certificates of the applicant’s siblings, as well as the original and photocopies of the graduation certificates of the applicant’s siblings or their parents. (This requirement applies only when the applicant’s parents or siblings are graduates of this school.)
• * The original and photocopies of the applicant’s baptism certificate. (This requirement applies only if the applicant is a Catholic.)
• One white envelope (9 inches x 4 inches), already stamped with a 2.4-yuan postage stamp and containing the student’s name and address.
