Fee subsidy

ICS offers several tuition support plans, including Scholarships (for families facing financial difficulties, must be re-applied annually) and Family Tuition Remission (discounts for families with 3 or more children). The 'Gospel Worker Scholarship Program' provides scholarships for children of gospel workers.

Other fees

2025-26 Academic Year Primary Section (Pre-Grade 1 to Grade 5) annual tuition is $148,400; 2026-27 Academic Year (pending EDB approval) is $156,500. Application fee: Pre-Grade 1 to Grade 12 is HKD 1,500 (non-refundable). Registration fee/Seat deposit: Primary Section is $14,840 (deducted from first tuition installment; non-refundable if admitted but not enrolled). Withdrawal policy: Primary Section requires 2 calendar months' written notice; otherwise, 2 months' tuition is payable. Other fees include graduation ceremony, extracurricular activities, band instrument rental, uniform, school bus, and lunch.

Intake quota

Depends on the number of vacant places in that grade and the maximum class/grade size.

Age eligibility

Grade One: Children must be 5 years old by August 31 of the entry year.

Admissions decisions are reviewed by the Admissions Committee and communicated within 30 days of the interview.

Acceptance deadline

Families offered admission must complete registration and submit the reservation deposit within the timeframe in the offer letter (usually 10 business days) to secure their child's spot.

Founding Mission Families (Southern Baptist Convention, Conservative Baptist Foreign Mission Society, Eastern Mennonite, Free Methodist Church, Overseas Missionary Fellowship, International Mission Board), Staff Children, Debenture Holders, Gospel Workers (including missionaries and pastors), Siblings of Current ICS Students, Alumni Children.

Interview

Parent + child · 1 round(s) · 13 Nov 2026 · EnglishShortlisted candidates for Pre-Grade 1 will be invited for assessment. These evaluations include play-based, age-appropriate activities that examine learning behavior, language comprehension, social and cognitive development, along with basic writing and reasoning skills. On the same day, parents will also participate in an interview to supplement their child's assessment. Candidates who meet the academic criteria will be invited for in-person interviews with their parents. International applicants may be invited to complete assessments and interviews online.

Application for 2026-27 is now closed. Due to reaching full capacity across all grade levels, we are no longer accepting applications for the 2026-27 academic year. We invite you to apply for the following year when applications open in August 2026. If there are no immediate openings, students who have passed the admissions assessment/ interview are placed in a Wait Pool, which is valid for one academic year. If no vacancy arises, families will need to reapply for the next year.
