Required documents

• Recent passport-sized photo (taken within the last 8 months)
• Birth certificate

• HKID (if applicable)
• For non-residents: Valid visa or proof of visa status
• School records: Last two years for elementary applicants, last three years for secondary applicants
• Specialist reports (if applicable): For students with a history of or current learning or social-emotional support, provide recent reports (within 12 months), e.g., educational psychological evaluation, psychiatrist letter, or individual education plan
• Birth Certificate
• Hong Kong Identity Card (if applicable)
• Non-local residents: Valid visa or visa exemption certificate
• Report cards: Primary applicants需提供 recent two years' records; Secondary applicants需提供 recent three years' records
• Expert assessment reports (if applicable): If the student has received learning support or social-emotional counseling in the past or currently, please provide relevant reports from the last 12 months, such as educational psychological assessment reports, psychiatric doctor's letters, or Individual Education Plans
• Student Reference Form: Students applying for Grade 3 or above must submit a Teacher Reference Form. This form should be sent directly to the Admissions Department by the teacher.

8. Gospel workers (including missionaries and pastors)
9. Siblings of current ICS students
10. Alumni children
