- Photocopy of HK Permanent Identity Card / Birth Certificate (Applicable to HK permanent resident) or other identity documents proving that the applicants are eligible for admission to HK public sector schools (Applicable to HK non-permanent resident)
- A completed 'Application Form for S1 Discretionary Places' issued by the Education Bureau (all three parts intact)
- A completed 'Application Form for Secondary One Discretionary Places' of Immaculate Heart of Mary College with a recent photograph attached
- Photocopies of P.5 (First, Second and Final Examination) and P.6 (First Examination) report cards (If the report is not available at the time of application, please submit it before 13 February 2026.)
