If a child is admitted after the “Unified Registration Date”, parents must still bring the “Registration Certificate”/“Admission Permit” to complete the registration procedures on behalf of their child. If parents fail to present the “Registration Certificate”/“Admission Permit” to the kindergarten where their child has been admitted within the “Unified Registration Date”, the kindergarten may not be able to complete the registration procedures for that child. When parents retrieve the “Registration Certificate”/“Admission Permit” from the kindergarten where they originally registered their child, it means that the kindergarten will no longer reserve a place for that child and will not refund the “registration fee” that has been paid.

Admission process for kindergarten classes in the 2026/27 academic year: From September 2025 to November 2025, parents must submit the “2026/27 Registration Form” to the Education Bureau on behalf of their children. By December 15, 2025, the school will notify parents of the application results. If a place is allocated, parents should register their child at the selected kindergarten during the “Unified Registration Period” from August 1 to October 10, 2026. If no place is available, parents can check the Education Bureau’s website for information on any remaining kindergarten places after the “Unified Registration Period” (starting at the end of January 2026). In March 2026, the kindergarten will send a letter to the relevant parents to arrange the admission procedures. Finally, parents should go to the kindergarten in April 2026 to complete the admission process.
