Applicants may only submit application forms to two secondary schools; otherwise, they will not be considered. Applicants may submit paper application forms in person or via the Primary One Admission Electronic Platform. Once submitted, application forms cannot be withdrawn or cancelled. Applicants must provide original copies of Primary 5 Semester 1 & 2 and Primary 6 Semester 1 report cards and the student's Hong Kong Identity Card for verification. Primary school recommendation letters are not required.
