We will notify you of the registration status via email. If parents do not choose email as their contact method, they must submit two self-paid return envelopes, already prepaid with postage, along with the application form.

Priority categories

Single-parent families and families with special needs; parents of patients with chronic illnesses, people with disabilities, or those with other medical requirements; families facing emergency situations; cases referred by social workers

Due to the limited number of places available and the large number of people on the waiting list, it is very likely that no suitable placement will be available by the scheduled admission date. If a person fails to be placed as scheduled and does not provide specific evidence (such as being admitted to hospital due to illness or a sudden family emergency), they may be considered to have waived their right to admission and will need to wait in line again. Day care services and extended services are available as alternative waiting options. According to the guidelines of the Social Welfare Department, it is possible to prepay the full fee for the first month; however, this fee will not be refunded if the placement is not granted.
