We will notify you of the registration status via email. If parents do not choose email as a contact method, they should submit two self-paid address envelopes with sufficient postage attached together with the application form.

Priority categories

Single-parent families and families with special needs; parents of people who suffer from chronic illnesses, disabilities, or have other medical requirements; families facing emergency situations; cases referred by social workers

The application form can be submitted in person, by mail, or via email to the kindergarten you are applying for. The kindergarten will notify you via email regarding the status of your application; if you do not choose to receive notifications by email, you must include two return envelopes with sufficient postage. If you fail to enroll on the scheduled date without providing a valid reason (such as hospitalization due to illness or a sudden family emergency), it may be considered that you have waived your right to enroll, and you will need to wait in the queue again. Due to the limited number of places available, it is very likely that you will not be able to secure a suitable placement by the scheduled enrollment date. According to the guidelines of the Social Welfare Department, you may prepay the full fee for the first month; however, this fee will not be refunded if you are not accepted into the kindergarten.
