The kindergarten will notify you via email regarding the status of your registration.

Acceptance deadline

If you are unable to enroll your child on time as arranged when you obtain the placement spot, and cannot provide specific evidence such as a medical emergency requiring hospitalization or some sudden family change, it may be considered that you have waived your right to this placement, and you will need to wait in the queue again.

Priority categories

Single-parent families and families with special needs; parents of patients with chronic illnesses, people with disabilities, or those who have other medical requirements; family emergencies; cases referred by social workers

The number of places available in our center is limited, and there are many people on the waiting list. If you fail to enroll on time when your place becomes available and do not provide any specific evidence (such as being hospitalized due to illness or a sudden family emergency), you may be considered to have waived your right to enroll and will need to rejoin the waiting list. It is very likely that you will still not be able to find a suitable placement by the scheduled enrollment date. Day care services and extended care services are available as alternative options for those on the waiting list. When submitting your application form, if you do not choose email as your contact method, please include two return envelopes with sufficient postage stamps attached.
