We will notify you of the registration status via email. If parents do not choose email as their contact method, they must submit two self-addressed envelopes with sufficient postage attached together with the application form.

Priority categories

Single-parent families and families with special needs; parents of people who suffer from chronic illnesses, disabilities, or have other medical requirements; families facing emergency situations; cases referred by social workers

Registration procedures: Please call during service hours to inquire, or come in person to make an appointment and register. Bring the original and copy of the parents/guardians’ identity cards, the baby’s birth certificate, and proof of residence. Fill out the registration form, sign the relevant documents, and pay the temporary placement fee. If you apply for an extension of the service, separate arrangements will be made for the waiting list. Admission procedures: Submit a health certificate for the baby issued by a registered Western medicine doctor. Provide the original and copy of the parents/guardians’ identity cards, the baby’s birth certificate, and a copy of the immunization record. Sign the admission documents and pay the monthly fee. Withdrawal procedures: Parents must notify the center at least one full month before the date of withdrawal. Due to limited places and a large number of people on the waiting list, if you fail to enroll on time as scheduled and do not provide specific proof, you may be considered to have waived your right to enroll and will need to rejoin the waiting list. The day-care service and extended service options are designed to help manage the waiting process.
