- If you have an older brother or sister who is a graduate of this school, you must present both the original and duplicate copies of their graduation certificate and birth certificate.
- The original and copies of the baptismal certificate or dedication certificate of the student or their parent(s), if any.
- One white long envelope for return mail (already stamped with a $2.2 postage stamp; please write the student’s name and address on the envelope).
- Original registration certificate for the primary school placement system
- The original Hong Kong birth certificate of the child, or the document proving permission to reside in Hong Kong
- Original versions of the school selection forms for parents who choose either “self-assignment of university places” or “unified placement”
