HONG CHI LIONS MORNINGHILL SCHOOL (PRIMARY SECTION)

Our school provides consultation services for parents who are interested in learning more about special education and our curriculum. We also arrange visits to our facilities and introductions to the content and features of our programs according to the parents’ wishes and interests. When our school receives referrals of students from the Education Bureau or other schools, our social workers will first contact the parents in order to gain a better understanding of the students’ needs and make appropriate arrangements to ensure their smooth adaptation at our school. Subsequently, we will arrange meetings between the parents and the students with the principal and professional staff to finalize the enrollment process. Procedure: 1. Our school receives referrals from the Education Bureau or other schools. 2. Social workers contact the parents to gather further information and arrange home visits if necessary. 3. Prepare new student records and enrollment documents. 4. The new student and their parents meet with the principal and professional staff at the school. 5. Social workers assist the new students with completing the enrollment procedures. 6. Complete the entire enrollment process.
