Selection criteria
- If a sibling is currently studying at this school…
- The parent works at this school.
- Selection is made in accordance with the “Scoring Criteria” (first, candidates with the highest scores are admitted; if multiple candidates have the same score and the number of available places exceeds the remaining quota, the Education Bureau will conduct a random drawing to determine the order of admission).
Selection weightings
A. For applicants whose siblings are currently enrolled in this institution or whose parents work at this institution, admission is guaranteed, with no limit on the number of admissions available. B. Selection will be conducted in accordance with the “Scoring Criteria”: 1. Applicants with the highest scores will be admitted first; 2. If there are multiple applicants with the same score and the number of such applicants exceeds the remaining number of “self-allocated places” available at this institution, these applicants will be referred to the Education Bureau’s Central Office for further processing (through a computerized lottery system).
During the period when applications are being collected, our school will use a lottery system to distribute the application forms. Please personally bring the forms to our school on the dates and times specified in the lottery notice. The lottery period is from September 22nd to 26th, 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Our school will accept all applications submitted within the designated time frame, so parents need not worry about any limits. To avoid overcrowding, our school will only be able to process approximately 100 applications per day during the first two days. If all the lottery numbers are allocated within these two days, we will issue “reservation lottery tickets” to parents. For those applying through the “Primary 1 Admission Electronic Platform”, if the applicant or guardian fails to provide the required documents or fails to revise/correct/supplement the documents within the specified time limit, the application will be deemed invalid.
