  • Copy of the parent/guardian’s ID card
  • The original ID card of the person registering at the school
  • The ID card, passport, or other identification documents of the parent/guardian. If the parent/guardian entrusts someone else to submit the completed application form on their behalf, that person must present a photocopy of the parent/guardian’s identification documents as well as a power of attorney.
  • The original and photocopies of the Hong Kong birth certificate for the applicant child (if the last column of the birth certificate indicates that the applicant child’s status as a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is “undetermined”, then the parent/guardian must present the original and photocopies of the valid travel document or residence permit of the applicant child).
  • If the applicant child does not possess a Hong Kong birth certificate, the parent/guardian must present the original and photocopies of the non-Hong Kong birth certificate of the applicant child, as well as the identity documents proving his/her right to reside in Hong Kong.

  • The address stated must be the sole or primary residence of the child for whom the application is being made. Relevant supporting documents include, but are not limited to, the original and photocopies of stamped lease agreements, food coupons, public housing lease contracts, and bills for water/electricity/gas/residential telephone services.

Selection criteria

  1. My elder brother and sister are both studying at this school.
  2. Both parents work at this school.
  3. If the parent or sibling of the applicant is a graduate of our school
  4. The address must be the sole or primary residence of the child for whom the application is being made.

Selection weightings

The order in which applicants will be admitted is determined by the number of points they have obtained under the “Scoring Criteria”.

The unified allocation computer system will first process applications for schools that are not restricted by the school district network, and then handle those for schools within the district network where the applicant’s address is located. In principle, the allocation process is based on the parents’ preferences; however, if the number of requests for first-grade places in a particular school exceeds the available supply, the system will assign places through a “random numbering” process. Applications can be submitted via the “Primary One Admission Electronic Platform” from January 19, 2026 (Monday) to January 25, 2026 (Sunday), or in person at the designated unified allocation centers from January 24, 2026 (Saturday) to January 25, 2026 (Sunday). The registration period is from June 9, 2026 (Tuesday) to June 10, 2026 (Wednesday). Students who are accepted do not need to attend the schools in person. If parents fail to complete the registration process within the specified time frame, their applications will be deemed as having been voluntarily withdrawn.
