Required documents

• Registration Certificate for Grade 1 Students
• Original and photocopy of the student's birth certificate
• For students who were not born in Hong Kong: In addition to their birth certificate, they must also present the original and photocopies of their identity documents proving their right to reside in Hong Kong.
• Original identification documents of the parent/guardian attending the school (if someone else is entrusted to handle the procedures, copies of the documents and a power of attorney must be presented).
• Paper application: Parent’s copy of the application form for primary one enrollment (yellow)
• Electronic application: Present a screenshot of the student's name from the convenient application page for primary one admission.
• Present the original copies of your ID card, passport, or other identification documents when visiting the school.
• A power of attorney signed by the parent/guardian (it is necessary to specify the name and ID number of the person authorized to enter the school).
• Copy of the parent/guardian’s ID card
• The original ID card of the person registering at the school
• The ID card, passport, or other identification documents of the parent/guardian. If the parent/guardian entrusts someone else to submit the completed application form on their behalf, that person must present a photocopy of the parent/guardian’s identification documents as well as a power of attorney.
• The original and photocopies of the Hong Kong birth certificate for the applicant child (if the last column of the birth certificate indicates that the applicant child’s status as a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is “undetermined”, then the parent/guardian must present the original and photocopies of the valid travel document or residence permit of the applicant child).
• If the applicant child does not possess a Hong Kong birth certificate, the parent/guardian must present the original and photocopies of the non-Hong Kong birth certificate of the applicant child, as well as the identity documents proving his/her right to reside in Hong Kong.
• If it is claimed that the sibling of the applicant child is currently enrolled in this school, the parent/guardian must present both the original and photocopies of relevant documents (such as the birth certificate of the sibling and the sibling’s student ID for the current academic year).
• If it is claimed that the father/mother or elder sibling of the applicant child is a graduate of this school, the parent/guardian must present both the original and photocopies of the relevant documents (such as the birth certificate of the applicant child’s elder sibling, and the graduation certificate of the elder sibling or parent).
• The address stated must be the sole or primary residence of the child for whom the application is being made. Relevant supporting documents include, but are not limited to, the original and photocopies of stamped lease agreements, food coupons, public housing lease contracts, and bills for water/electricity/gas/residential telephone services.
• Copy of the student’s birth certificate
• Copy of the student’s kindergarten report card
• A copy of the parent’s receipt for the application form for degree allocation in the first grade of primary school
• Copies of the parent receipt for the unified placement form

Selection criteria

1. My elder brother and sister are both studying at this school.
2. Both parents work at this school.
3. If the parent or sibling of the applicant is a graduate of our school
4. The address must be the sole or primary residence of the child for whom the application is being made.

Selection weightings

The order in which applicants will be admitted is determined by the number of points they have obtained under the “Scoring Criteria”.
