Develop a caring culture of “Discipline with love, Embrace holistic growth”. 1. Encourage students to participate in volunteering; 2. Co-organize festive activities with non profit-making organizations, and welcome the public to visit our school campus, so as to let students learn 'it is more blessed to give than to take' and nurture a caring social mindset through volunteering; 3. Frequent on-campus events and activities are held, like dessert making, barbecue gatherings and Teacher-student Fun Day so as to create a shared campus community; 4. Assign two class teachers to all S.1 to S.5 classes; 5. Keep S.1 & S.2 students at school for lunch to develop their self-discipline and independence; 6. Organize talks and activities with The Parent-Teacher Association, Student Union and School Alumni Association to strengthen ties with school, parents and alumni; 7. The Counselling and Discipline Committees regularly organize activities and provide individual counselling for students, promoting mental health through the 4Rs Mental Health Charter and fostering their positive values; 8. Initiate the Self-enhancement Scheme to improve students' conduct; 9. Introduce life-planning to help students set personal goals, develop positive habits, realize own capabilities, and better equip for challenges.

Inheriting the Chiuchowese spirit of modesty and diligence, the School endeavors to educate its students to be good citizens who are patriotic, honorable, disciplined, knowledgeable and virtuous.
