1. The School is a community of love and respect, where students show respect for themselves, for the rights and dignity of everyone and for the school community at large. 2. Our students are expected to show integrity, courtesy and good manners. 3. Peer learning and support are upheld both inside and outside classroom. 4. Counselling Committee: works with the social worker in programmes like "Big Sister Scheme", talks, workshops and providing individual counselling to help students develop a healthy self-image and become resilient and self-assured individuals. 5. Careers and Guidance Committee: helps students to ascertain their strengths and potential for different career or study options. 6. A duo Form teacher system is enforced to improve our pastoral care. 7. Each student will be assigned a teacher who will act as her personal mentor throughout her six years in school. The mentor will regularly meet the student mentee to give continuous and comprehensive guidance and support on her spiritual and ethical development, inter-personal relationships, time management skills and careers options.
