- The results of the application will be directly communicated by the Education Bureau to the primary schools where the applicants intend to enroll on July 7, 2026. On March 31, 2026, the schools will notify the parents of the admitted students via mail and telephone.

- The Education Bureau provides three copies of this application form for sixth-grade students.

Selection weightings
Academic performance within the school (10%), ranking in examinations conducted by the Education Bureau (25%), conduct and attitude (25%), performance during interviews (20%), extracurricular activities (10%), and awards received (10%).
No written examinations will be conducted. Each student may apply to no more than two secondary schools; otherwise, their opportunity to be assigned a place will be revoked. Once the application form is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled. It is not necessary to submit a recommendation letter from the primary school.
