- If the child was not born in Hong Kong, please present the original and duplicate copies of the birth certificate proving that the child is not a local resident, as well as the original and duplicate copies of the identity documents indicating permission to reside in Hong Kong (e.g., one-way permits or return permits).
- If residing in Hong Kong, it is necessary to provide both the original and a copy of the address verification documents (such as water/electricity/gas/residential telephone bills/housing rental contracts/stationery rental agreements, etc.).
- If the applicant child has a sibling who is currently enrolled in this school: The original and duplicate copies of the birth certificate of the applicant child’s sibling; The original and duplicate copies of the student handbook of the applicant child’s sibling (including the cover and the page with the photo, which must bear the school’s official seal).
- If the sibling of the applicant is enrolled in the same school as the applicant (Fengxi No.1 Middle School): The original and duplicate copies of the sibling’s birth certificate; The original and duplicate copies of the sibling’s student handbook (Fengxi No.1 Middle School) (including the cover and the photo page, which must bear the school’s official seal).
- If the applicant’s father/mother or elder sibling is a graduate of this school: The original and duplicate copies of the birth certificate of the applicant’s elder sibling, as well as the original and duplicate copies of the elder sibling’s graduation certificate from this school; or the original and duplicate copies of the applicant’s parent’s graduation certificate from this school.
