Required documents

• The completed “Application Form for Primary One Admission”
• Proof of birth in Hong Kong or elsewhere for the applicant child, as well as documents proving permission to reside in Hong Kong <original and copy>
• Parent/guardian’s Hong Kong ID card or other identification document, passport <original and copy>
• Documents proving the address of residence (such as lease agreements, water/electricity/coal bills, residential telephone bills, etc.)*
• The completed “Application Form for Supplementary Diploma for Grades 1 to 7, 2026-2027” (with 1 recent photo of the student attached)
• Parent copy of the "School Selection Form" for the unified placement application process
• Copy of the "Primary One Registration Certificate" (can be submitted later)
• Copies of the student’s identification documents (such as a Hong Kong birth certificate, a return permit to Hong Kong, etc.)
• Records of Kindergarten Academic Performance and Personal Development for the Past Year (Copies)
• Please prepare your own copies.
• The completed “Application Form for Supplementary Diploma for Grades 1 to 7, 2026-2027” (including 1 recent photo of the student)
• Copies of the student’s identification documents (such as a Hong Kong birth certificate, a Return Permit to Hong Kong, etc.)

Selection criteria

1. Must be a resident of Hong Kong.
2. Must be at least 5 years and 8 months old by the time of enrollment in September 2025 (i.e., born on or before December 31, 2019).
3. Has not yet started primary school
4. I was never awarded a primary school diploma.
5. The performance of the students during the meeting
