Required documents

• Photocopy of the registration certificate for the first grade
• A group photo of the students
• Original and photocopies of the child's Hong Kong birth certificate (or document proving residence in Hong Kong)
• Parent copy of the application form for primary one students who wish to be assigned degrees on their own
• A copy of the school selection list for the unified placement system, for parents to use
• Recent report card
• Other documents that will assist our school in understanding the various aspects of your child’s performance
• The original and photocopies of the applicant’s Hong Kong birth certificate (for those intending to enroll in Grade 1)
• Identity documents of the parent/guardian. If the parent/guardian entrusts someone else to submit the completed application form on their behalf, that person must present a photocopy of the parent/guardian’s identity documents.
• If it is declared that the sibling is enrolled in this school, the parent/guardian must present both the original and a copy of the relevant document (such as the “Student Handbook”).
• If it is claimed that the father/mother or elder sibling is a graduate of this school, the parent/guardian must present both the original and photocopies of the relevant documents (such as the elder sibling’s birth certificate and the graduation certificate of the applicant or the parent/guardian).
• If the religious belief declared is Christianity, the parent/guardian must provide proof of the applicant’s baptism.
• The original and photocopies of the residence address verification documents provided (such as stamped lease agreements, meal allowance receipts, public housing rental cards, water/electricity/gas/residential telephone bills, etc.). The name on these documents must match the name of the parent/guardian.
• Two return envelopes, already stamped with postage and addressed
• One recent photograph of the applicant
• Application Form for Degrees at Our Institution
