Required documents

• A recent digitized photo of the applicant.
• Applicant's Hong Kong Identity Card / Birth Certificate / passport / study visa (in case of non-local applicants, a copy of student's passport or other travel document with a copy of his/her personal details are also required.).
• Primary 6 Student Record Form issued by the Education Bureau (if any).
• Applicant's school assessment reports in the past two years.
• Certificates of awards, such as art, music, sports, etc (if any).
• Other supporting documents, such as recommendation / reference letters from previous school or other organizations (if any).
• Relevant medical report issued by doctors / psychologists (if any).

Selection criteria

1. The applicant's primary school assessment reports.
2. Outstanding scholastic achievements (grade B (incl. B-/B+) or above in English, Chinese, Mathematics & General Studies)
3. Grade B or above in conduct in the second term in Primary 4 as well as all terms in Primary 5 (if any).
4. Good comments from class teacher (if any)
5. Recommendation / reference letters (if any).
6. The applicant's performance in his/her admissions interview.
7. The applicant s school assessment reports in the past two years.
8. Outstanding scholastic achievements
9. Good Conduct grade (if any)
10. Good comments from class teacher/ subject teachers (if any)
11. The recommendation / reference letters (if any).
12. The applicant s performance in his/her written test and admissions interview.
