- Copy of the student’s birth certificate
- If the student is not a local resident of Hong Kong, a copy of their travel document or passport must also be submitted (including a copy of the entry stamp mentioned above).
- Copies of the report cards from the last two times
- Four long return envelopes: Each envelope must be stamped with a postage stamp of $2.4 and labeled with the name and address of the applicant. The approximate dimensions of the return envelopes are 4” x 9”.
