- Registration Certificate for Grade 1 Students
- Original and duplicate of a child’s Hong Kong birth certificate, or original and duplicate of a valid document proving residence in Hong Kong
- If you were born in the Mainland, please bring the original and copies of the student’s birth certificate, travel permit, Return Permit/Visa Identity Card, or Hong Kong Identity Card.
- The completed “New Student Information Form for Grade 1 (Applicable in June)” has been filled out and attached with a photo.
- $28 is required to pay for the printing of atomic symbols with the names of students who have placed orders.
