The fee stated above does not include procurement of an Apple laptop for study, or professional service for Inclusive Education. Please also note that the ESL and Remedial classes if recommended, are optional and not included in the fees above. Miscellaneous Charges includes laptop insurance fee, bus fee, extra-curricular fee, activity week fee (local trips) and external examinations (if applicable). The school fees for each term are non-refundable. The annual school fee covers the cost of learning resources lent to the students such as paper textbooks, ebooks, digital learning platforms and classroom supplies. Note: Registration of a school place requires an initial payment of $15,000 Advanced Fee and this amount will be adjusted from the term I school fee which is payable at the beginning of the academic year. Other grades: Grade 9 $139,600/Year; Grade 10 $140,200/Year; Grade 11 $155,850/Year; Grade 12 $156,500/Year.

After the admissions process is completed, a decision is presented to the family.

Acceptance deadline

If a letter of acceptance is presented, it is valid for a restricted period of time. If a family fails to accept the offer and pay a deposit within the designated period of time, the applicant’s seat in the upcoming class is no longer reserved.

Interview

Parent + child · 2 round(s)Placement testing: A 1-1.5 hour placement test in English and Mathematics must be conducted at the school 1) after all supporting application materials have been submitted and 2) before an interview can take place. Interview: A personal interview with the parent/s and child is the last stage of the admissions process. Parents wishing to make an appointment for the interview and placement test should contact the General Office by phone at (852)2789 9890 or by email.

The originals of the following documents should be presented when called for an interview. Photocopies are acceptable although originals must be sighted during the interview. Academic records (school reports or transcripts) must include a fax number and contact person for the issuing institution. Concordia reserves the right to contact any school to verify information presented. All of the above documents may be scanned and emailed as an attachment, faxed, mailed or hand-delivered to the school.
