Applications are accepted all year round.Concordia International School practices a rolling admissions policy to assist expatriates relocating to Hong Kong during the school year.

Application fee: HKD 1000 (non-refundable). Payment can be made via bank transfer (HSBC #193-072311-001) or cheque/cash. The fee covers admission assessment costs only.

Results announced

After the admissions process is completed, a decision is presented to the family. If a letter of acceptance is presented, it is valid for a restricted period of time.

Acceptance deadline

If a family fails to accept the offer and pay a deposit within the designated period of time, the applicant's seat in the upcoming class is no longer reserved.

Interview

Parent + child · 2 round(s)Process includes: 1) Placement testing (1-1.5 hours in English and Mathematics) conducted at the school after submission of materials; 2) Personal interview with parent/s and child. Appointment required via phone (852)2789 9890 or email.

Documents may be scanned and emailed, faxed, mailed, or hand-delivered. Academic records must include a fax number and contact person for the issuing institution. Concordia reserves the right to contact schools to verify information.
