Required documents

• Submit the original and duplicate copies of the ID card of the parent/guardian filling out the form. (If the form is not submitted by the person filling it out, a written authorization must be provided by an authorized individual.)
• Apply for the original and duplicate copies of the birth certificate for the child
• Water/electricity/gas/ration/home telephone/home broadband/lease agreement (original and copies of the parent/guardian’s address proof) as well as printed online bills. *Note: The relevant bills must have been issued within the past 3 months.
• If you are a new student coming to Hong Kong, you must present both the original and a copy of your one-way permit/visa identity card/pasport/re-entry permit.
• The original and duplicate copies of the birth certificate of your siblings who are enrolled in our school, as well as a duplicate of the enrollment record page on the first page of their student handbook for this academic year (already stamped by the school).
• Parents or siblings who have graduated from this school are required to provide both the original and duplicate copies of their graduation certificates and identity documents. *Graduated from this school: Baptist Tainan Chen Yuanxi Primary School, Baptist Tainan Chen Yuanxi Primary School Afternoon School, Tainan Chamber of Commerce Huang Dadao Memorial School.
• The original and copies of the baptismal certificate or documentation proving the Christian faith of the parent(s) or the applicant child
• Application Form for Kindergarten Entry [i.e., the copy for parents provided by the Education Bureau (on yellow paper) or the completion of the “Smart Convenience+” application form]
• Original and duplicate copies of the student’s Hong Kong birth certificate *If not born in Hong Kong, it is necessary to present the original and duplicate copies of the birth certificate issued in another place and the identity document proving residence in Hong Kong.
• Copies of the identification documents of the student’s parents (both father and mother, or guardian)
• The "Primary 1 Student Registration Form" that has been completed and attached with photos can be obtained from the School Administration Office or downloaded from the school website.
• I have already attached a return envelope [230mm x 100mm], which costs $2.2 in postage.
• I have already purchased a return mailing envelope [210mm x 297mm (A4 size)] that requires the use of stamps costing $7.9 each.

Selection criteria

1. Scholarships are provided for children whose siblings are currently enrolled in this school or whose parents work at this institution. (All children applying under this category will be admitted.)
2. Degrees awarded in accordance with the “Scoring Criteria”
