For the 2026-27 academic year, the general deadline for applying for admission is November 30, 2025.

Personal Capital Certificate (transferable): New students must pay this fee within 10 days after obtaining their degree or before the start of the academic year. The amount is HK$260,000 for the first child, HK$234,000 for the second child, HK$221,000 for the third child, and HK$208,000 for the fourth child. Parents may transfer the Personal Capital Certificate to the family of a new student through the school when their child withdraws from the program or graduates. Upon completion of the transfer process, the school will charge 1% of the face value of the certificate as an administrative fee.

Fee subsidy

The Liu Ping Chai Memorial International School of the Christian Missionary Society offers tuition waiver programs to assist families in financial need. Applicants can obtain the application form by contacting the Finance Department via email at [email protected]. The school reserves the final discretion regarding the amount of the tuition waiver and the approval process. Eligibility: Applicants must be students in Grades 1 to 6 of this school. Those who receive local education allowances or other subsidies are not eligible to apply. Students who are granted a tuition waiver must maintain a humble attitude towards learning and exhibit good academic performance as well as conduct. If they fail to maintain these standards or fail to meet the school’s requirements, their eligibility for the tuition waiver may be revoked.

Other fees

Tuition fees for the 2026-2027 academic year: - Preparation class: $136,470 - Grades 1 to 5: $151,940 - Grade 6: $177,540 Tuition fees are non-refundable and are to be paid in 10 installments; they cannot be calculated on a pro-rata basis. If a student attends school on any day within a month, the parent must pay the full monthly tuition fee. Sibling discounts: - The first sibling is not eligible for a discount. - The second sibling receives a 10% discount. - The third sibling receives a 15% discount. - The fourth sibling receives a 20% discount. Discounts are applied first to the student in the lowest grade and then in ascending order of grades. Withdrawal fees: The school requires written notice two full months prior to the date of withdrawal. If the notice period is less than two full months, two months’ tuition fees must be paid. Summer vacations are not included within the notice period. Additional fees: A late payment fee of HK$200 will be charged for each installment. The first copy of a graduation certificate is issued free of charge; additional copies cost HK$100 each. The first set of school report cards costs HK$100 (3 copies); additional copies cost HK$25 each. A student ID card costs HK$50 each. The cost of replacing books or equipment is equal to the replacement cost plus 15%. Application and assessment fee: HK$1,500. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be submitted together with the online application form. It is only applicable for one academic year. Other teaching-related expenses include, but are not limited to, school uniforms, school bus fees, and lunch costs. Annual fee (non-refundable and non-transferable): The fees that have already been paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. The annual fee is HK$25,000. No discounts are available on the annual fee, which must be paid during the annual registration process. New students must pay the full amount within 10 days after receiving their admission or before the start of the school year.

Applicants who have siblings currently enrolled at this institution will be given priority in the evaluation process.

Interview

Overseas applicants may submit their previous academic transcripts, and they may have the opportunity to be admitted on conditional terms by the university; however, they must still participate in the admission interview upon arriving in Hong Kong.

The tuition fees for the 2026-2027 academic year must be approved by the Education Bureau. Students will not be admitted to classes that are more than one grade above/below their appropriate level.
