New students must pay the Personal Capital Certificate fee or the annual fee within 10 days after obtaining their degree, or before the start of the academic year. For the 2024-25/2025-26 academic year, the Personal Capital Certificate fee for the first child is HK$260,000; the annual fee is HK$25,000.
