Required documents
- Application Form (with a recent photograph of the child glued to the form)
- Three stamped, ($3.30) self-adhesive, self-addressed, C5 size envelopes with your child's name and date of birth on the front at the left-hand bottom corner
- A copy of the child's Birth Certificate
- A copy of the child's Baptism Certificate and proof of Church attendance from Minister of Church attended (if applicable)

CCKG has no KG1 classes. Application Forms are available to download from September 1, 2025 until Friday, October 31, 2025. No forms will be available after Friday, October 31. No corrections can be made after the School receives the application. Attach all documents to the application form with a paper clip (please do not staple them). The submission of an application form does not guarantee an invitation to interview. Giving false information about this or any other matter will result in the application being rejected.
