Required documents include the completed Supplementary Degree Application Form, the student’s birth certificate/residence proof, the K3 report card, the Application Form for Self-allocated Places, the form for selecting a school through the centralized placement system, as well as the Primary One registration certificate and identity photo issued by the Education Bureau.
