Registration Methods: a) Online registration: Please log in to the online registration system via our school’s website, fill out and submit the application form, and upload a payment receipt or bank transfer statement proving the payment of the $100 registration fee. or b) Mail-based registration: - Download the application form from our school’s website, or pick it up in person at our school, or request it by mail (please include a return envelope). - When submitting the application form by mail, please attach copies of the birth certificate and the original transcript from the student’s previous school. Also, provide two 4-inch by 9-inch envelopes (please fill in the return address and affix postage stamps of $4.3 each). - The registration fee is HK$100. Please pay by crossed cheque made out to “Kai Chi School Limited”. Please write the student’s name and contact information on the back of the cheque. - Regardless of whether the application is successful or not, all submitted copies will not be returned.
