KLC students are nurtured based on Christian values. The members of Student Support Services Team include the Preacher, Social Workers, Head of Student Development, Career Counsellor and all teachers. The culture of 'loving and caring one another' is promoted in the campus.

The mission of the College is to provide its students with a challenging and supportive environment to develop into confident young persons, to prepare them to become life-long learners, and to instill in them basic Christian values and a strong sense of responsibility towards society.
